Financial Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing financial analysis and decision-making basis for the company's development strategy, and presiding over the planning and implementation of financial strategy;
2. Responsible for analyzing the company's monthly financial statements and operating results, analyzing capital utilization, cash flow, financial costs, profit conversion and exit, investment returns, etc. and reporting to the company's financial director;
3. Lead the company’s investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions and other business activities, expand financing channels, raise funds required for company operations, and ensure the company’s capital needs for development;
4. Responsible for the disclosure of the company’s financial reports;
5. Responsible for the company's financial management, establish and improve the financial management system, conduct overall control over the financial accounting and capital operations of the company and each industrial park, and participate in risk assessment and control;
6. Responsible for communication and coordination with banks, taxation, industry and commerce, audit firms and other departments, evaluating the work of securities firms and law firms, and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and shareholders;
7. Complete other matters assigned by the leader.
