Human Resources Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Human resources coordination: Coordinate the development of Xinyi Glass’s human resources work;
2. Human resources planning: According to the company's development strategy, organize the formulation of short, medium and long-term human resources work plans and promote their implementation;
3. System improvement: identify problems in the existing human resources management system and promote optimization;
4. Echelon building: comprehensively utilize human resource selection, training, employment and retention measures to optimize the existing talent echelon construction;
5. Human resources consulting: Regularly provide special suggestions on human resources strategy, organization building, administrative management, etc. to senior decision-makers and organizations to provide human resources support for the company's major decisions.
job requirements:
1. 30-45 years old, full-time undergraduate degree or above, major: human resources management or related majors;
2. Have good English listening and speaking skills;
3. Rich experience in human resources, more than 3 years of working experience as a human resources manager in a listed company or large manufacturing industry;
4. Be proficient in all modules of human resources management, and master the modern enterprise human resources management model and practical experience;
5. Be upright, responsible and enterprising, have strategic thinking, have the ability to establish and integrate different work teams, solve complex problems and have strong plan execution capabilities.
Salary: Annual salary is negotiable (determined based on the KPI assessment of the current year)
